  42. BT have a Videophone on the market (for about 500 pounds I think).  You are
  43. correct in saying that it uses advanced compression and the frame rate looked
  44. like about 5 per second when they showed it on the News at 10.  Apparently
  45. they are selling it abroad.  I think GPT manufacture it.
