  17. Somewhere in a gray past I remember words on the Falcon being designed
  18. to cope with different clock frequencies, i.e. just pop out the quartz
  19. and the CPU and put in faster ones. I found this unbelievable back
  20. then (designing frequency-independent motherboards is not trivial,
  21. especially when high frequencies (like 50 MHz) are involved).
  22. Apparently Atari dropped that idea. Too bad.
