  13. The November issue of Compuke! mentioned the Atari Portfolio in one of its
  14. articles (the one on palmtop computers).  The author did a price/feature
  15. comparison of several palmtops.  If you are looking for an entry level
  16. palmtop computer, I don't see how you could choose anything else.  Is this
  17. just news to me?

  19. The December issue had a company trying to teach you about music on computers.
  20. They were giving away an ST when you payed their tuition.  Their was even a
  21. 520/1040 style case (couldn't tell which because of the small picture).

  23. On a side note:  among the "101 Things to Give for Christmas Presents" was
  24. an Amiga 500.  They said it's great for games and even runs a few serious
  25. applications.  Was this a back-handed compliment or what?

  27. I thought I'd never see the day when Compute! (er... Compuke!) magazine gave
  28. any non-PC or non-Mac the time of day.  The end must be near...
