- Hello fellow Atarians,
- [haha, gotta love those greetings!]
- I recently downloaded the two *.MSA files for the Chaos demo from the
- Atari.archive. I successfully downloaded and unMSAed the two files to
- make the Chaos demo disk, but the disk directory and/or boot sectors do
- appear to be scrambled: the disk wouldn't self-boot or reach desktop, and
- checking it's contents from desktop showed weirc characters in the folder
- and filenames: a scrambled directory.
-
- Has anybody else had these problems? Is there a patch? Or should I
- attempt to download the entire demo again? I checked to see if my disk
- was bad, unformattable, etc: the media was not the problem.
-
- Thanks for your help, please e-mail replies rather than take up Usenet
- bandwidth. Bye now!
