- Speaking of which... I have problems uploading text files to the UNIX
- box at school. I use "cat filename > .ttyd2" to do an ASCII send, but the
- text is double-spaced on the UNIX side! If I convert CR's to LF's, it
- turns out fine. I seem to remember some env variable which determines
- whether the shell prints an extra LF or not. Would changing this variable
- help? It's a pain having to convert files to LF's, uploading, then back
- to CR's.
