- There is no defined mapping from ProDOS 8 device number to SmartPort slot +
- unit number.

- The only guaranteed way I can think of is what I did in the Davex "eject"
- command: Read block 2 of all units on all SmartPort cards until you find
- the disk with the right ProDOS volume name.
