  19. This is a wild guess, but I would say NO, the video image would probably
  20. not show up in the FingerPrint screen capture.  The Video Overlay Card
  21. simply shines it's image through a certain color in your 16-color palette.
  22. The FingerPrint would intercept the SHR display, but not the video
  23. enchancement from the VOC.
