  21.     Since Syquests have a SCSI partition map, I assume the problem is
  22. the same one preventing an HFS hard disk formatted on a GS from working
  23. on a Mac.  You need some sort of special partition with Mac-specific
  24. data for it to be recognized.  The GS doesn't need it (and doesn't put
  25. it on).  The reverse may also be a problem:  the Mac partition confuses
  26. GS/OS somehow.
