  19.   I've mentioned this a few times already. Try making a copy of Advanced Disk Utilities, renaming it GenericMacSCSI, and copying it to your System:Drivers folder. Then try formatting the cart for HFS. I got a Syquest cart working on a IIGS and a Mac with a slightly more convoluted procedure, but this should work. Please let me know if it does. Also, you _should_ be able to format the cart on a Mac, but the Mac formatter I tried didn't work.
  20.   I think Apple II hard drive vendors should supply GenericMacSCSI drivers with their drives. The file is documented in the Advanced Disk Util ERS. I wonder if TMS, Quality, etc. even know about it.
