- Hi,
-
- Has anyone come up with a strategy for being able to take
- snapshots of programs that GURU with the catch.o startup module of
- SASC 6.0 without clobbering their hard disk? I thought I'd be able to
- do that be running the program from the removable RAM disk and then
- copying the file to the hard disk, but I still ended up clobbering the
- hard disk. What is the mechanism that causes this? Would locking the
- hard disk with the DOS command LOCK prevent hard disk damage? How
- about working from floppies? Any insights would be useful.
-
- Thanks,
- Eric Stern
