  12. Hi, I'm trying to eradicate the Clist and Saddam virus' from several of my
  13. disks.  From what I understand, Saddam rewrites its own disk-validator
  14. onto all disks.  I tried using BootX -- it opens up, tells me that I
  15. have the clist virus and then gurus.  So I tried Virus_Checker.  This
  16. appears to work but does not delete the disk-validator (it deleted it from
  17. the first disk I tried (system disk) but not others).  After it's done
  18. scanning the disk it tells me that the disk is not validated.  How can
  19. I get rid of this disk-validator if the disk is not validated??  The way
  20. I see it is that I have to copy all of my unvalidated disks onto good disks
  21. and trash the old ones.  Is this correct or is there a better way?  And
  22. also, why does BootX guru on me?
