- I have a couple of questions regarding a flicker fixer for an A500:
-
- 1. I have heard conflicting reports about the ability of a flicker
- fixer to fit in an A500 case with a CSA MMR accelerator. I am
- interested in hearing from people who either have both co-existing in
- their 500 (with no problems), or from those who know for a fact that
- they cannot fit together. (I have a 32 bit daughterboard as well with
- the MMR that may get in the way...) So if you know of a flicker fixer
- that either does or does not fit with the MMR, please send me the name
- of the flicker fixer. I'd like both a flicker fixer and my 68030, but
- if I had to make a choice, the 68030 would definitely stay! :-)
-
- 2. If the flicker fixer does fit in the A500 with an MMR, does the
- standard A500 power supply have enough juice to power everything?
-
- 3. I'm a bit confused about what the flicker fixer does with various
- monitor refresh rates.... Would a flicker fixer work fine with my
- existing 1084 monitor?
-
- If you can offer insight into any of these questions, I'd love to hear
- from you. Thanks a lot! Dan
