- HDToolBox knows how to talk to scsi.device. So does a lot of other software.
- Hence, it was decided to make our scsi.device learn to talk IDE rather than
- writing all new software. So you do have an IDE drive, you know that and I
- know that, but HDToolBox is none the wiser.
