- Things are rarely the same for everyone. Maybe I'm just slow.

- I doubt it's anything so dramatic as a "root cause"; on that particular
- weekend, this particular user ran into difficulties with a particular
- version of IM, which he did not with Morph+. If so many others have bought
- and quickly learned IM and prefer it over Morph+ as you say, then I must be
- an exception to the norm. And I've been called worse than that.
