  15. I recently inherited an Epson GT-4000 full color scanner.  Unfortunately,
  16. it did not have any manuals with it.  Can anyone help me find out about
  17. the beast?

  19. I called ASDG about getting driver software, but they could not
  20. guarantee that it would work.  Apparently, the GT-4000 was sold only in
  21. Europe (so how did it get to the US?)  and is the model before the
  22. current European GT-6000 and GT-8000 scanners.  Without knowing whether
  23. it would work or not, I am apprehensive about spending so much money to
  24. get the driver (it lists for ~US$200).

  26. So, I'm turning to the net.  Has anyone successfully hooked this model
  27. to the Amiga?  What driver software did you use?  Any leads on where
  28. I could get a copy of the manual(s)?

  30. If manuals are not available could someone that owns a current model
  31. (I don't remember the model number in the US), please send me
  32. information about the DIP settings?  I am hoping that they are the
  33. same as the current models, since the scanner looks about the same,
  34. with the DIP switches under a panel on the left/front of the scanner.
