  11. A friend of mine just showed me a great little public domain (?)
  12. program called WASP, which seems to do a very nice job of converting
  13. graphics from one format to another.  The version I have is 2.0.  Is
  14. there a newer one?  If so, what version is it, and where is it?  I
  15. find it hard to believe that a program that seems to do so much would
  16. stop when it can only write IFF (and similar format) files.
