  10. I've just bought a GVP 80MB A530 for my A500 (upgraded to WB2 and ECS). I've
  11. been running a BBS (the main reason I bought the GVP) for about four months now
  12. with a Supra 2400 Plus modem. The software I use to answer the phone is
  13. TrapDoor 1.83. Everything is hunky-dory until I try and download a file (like
  14. my Fido mail packets) with the serial port set at 9600 baud (it`s a buffered
  15. modem). Then I get lots of transmission errors, every 2k bytes or so.
  16. Downloading at 2400 baud is fine.. but slow.

  18. I know this isn`t a configuration error as I've tested it without the GVP, and
  19. everything works fine as it did before. It doesn't work with Term 2.4 either.

  21. Has anyone else had any problems with this kind of configuration, in particular
  22. with the GVP A530?
