  28. That information is encoded on the lines no matter where you call from within
  29. the States.  I can't answer for other systems.  The part about installing CID
  30. is actually getting the "box" to read that information.  So, if you call
  31. from San Diego CA (no CID) to anyplace that has it, the information still
  32. shows between the first and second ring.
