  14.      I am new to the C world. I have started to explore the fascinating world 
  15. of C with PD software. I would like to obtain a complete system. To my 
  16. knowledge there are three C systems: Aztec C (though I haven't heard much about
  17. this lately) , Lattice C, and SAS C. Would anyone please discuss the merits and
  18. faultsof these with a beginner in mind. Email or net.
