- There are reasons. I have an a1000, which I paid $100 for, and can't
- really afford the $100 upgrade to 2.0 (I have to buy a romswitch for the
- a1000 also, because it has a 256k RAM area that it loads the ROMs into).
- On the other hand I don't count on everything working, but it would be
- nice if applications (esp things found on ftp sites) said somewhere
- easily readable that they require 2.0.

- I guess you could say that no one should be using an a1000, but that
- seems awfully silly since they are still pretty well supported
- computers.
