- A number of shareware/freeware applications I have downloaded recently
- have included documentation files ending with '.guide'. As they also
- included documentation in standard text format, this was not a problem,
- and I ignored the .guide files.
-
- However, I recently downloaded CyberCron15.lha and found that it's only
- documentation is in .guide format. It is a little confusing to try to
- read it on its own, and I have been able to deduce that these files
- are probably some sort of on-line hypertext help system or something to
- that effect.
-
- One file came with an icon with it's default tool set to
- SYS:Utilities/AmigaGuide. This program was not included with my
- OS2.04 package...strange enough. They also seem to require an
- amigaguide.library that I also do not have.
-
- Are these files part of the OS2.1/OS3.0 package? If so, are they
- non-distributable to those of us with 2.04?
-
- If they are a separate package, where are they available?
