- You'd never back up XH0: but the AmigaDOS partition it is based on since
- XH0: would have to be decompressed (slowdown) and takes more space on the
- tape than the underlying DH0: oder whatever.

- As for speed, that's not much of a prob. If you decompress a partition
- with NUKEd files, you can still get high speed. NUKE decompresses at
- over 30MB/min (A3000) which is much more than a tape streamer can handle.

- When it comes to real time compression, BLZW compresses 9MB/min (A3000)
- which will actually speed up any backup process done on a media that writes
- less than 5MB/min or 80K/sec. This critical value can even be increased
- if asynchronous packing is used. Now we only need someone to build XPK
- into BTN: (the backup programs wouldn't even know about compression!).
