- Hmmmmmm, I found I had to explicitly set the Public Screen field of
- both WB and CLI programs to get any windows (i.e. set it to
- `Workbench'). I didn't have ToolManager beforehand so I don't know if
- this is different behaviour under 3.0 than under 2.04 ...
