- I am having problems printing postscript files on my standard printer
- using Post V1.7. I've installed the fonts that come with ghostscript
- so there's definitely no problem there (I can view my .ps files on the
- screen with no problem, and save them to IFFs...)
-
- However, when I try to get post to print my document (typing
- post init.ps file.ps) it complains with the message "post: can't get
- page buffer". What exactly does this mean?
-
- If I try postband (calling it like: postband init.ps print file.ps),
- it gives me a slightly different error message - namely:
- postband: page size not set in preferences.
-
- How can my page size not be set? This is the first I've ever heard a
- program complain about that - I was under the impression that once a
- printer driver was selected under preferences, the page size was as
- preferences tells you...
-
- If anyone can shed light on this problem, please let me know!
-
- Thanks....Dan
