- Don't bet on it. If you've been reading the c.s.a newsgroups
- carefully, you'll have noticed that CBM isn't releasing hardware
- documentation for the AGA chipset. Seems they are sick and tired of
- trying to keep things like AMOS alive.

- BTW, I'm pretty sure that Amos Pro predates the AGA chipset by quite a
- bit. I remember wondering whether I'd start seeing well-behaved AMOS
- programs when it hit the streets. Then again, that could be have been
- some other part of the package.

- On second thought, maybe there is a version of AMOS that takes
- advantage of the AGA chipset in the works; one that uses the 3.0
- system calls. If that version also fixes the behavior problems,
- bundling it with an A1200 could well produce another C64-class seller
- for CBM.
