- Well, welcome to the real world, I still think that the upgrade prices are very
- reasonable, but there are research costs that need to be covered in order to
- make a profit. Other computer companies ask you for an arm, a leg, and eye and
- your genitals in order for the upgrade, then you go through a great deal of
- trouble making it work (i.e. System 7.0).

- Commodore has offered great deals for upgrading (1000+1000=2000, etc...), other
- computer companies don't care if releasing another computer renders your system
- totally obsolete. I think that instead of complaining you should thank
- Commodore, because even though I don't think it is the best run company I still
- think that they care for the customers, something that other computer companies
- (Read Apple, IBM, Intel, etc...) forgot long time ago.
