  18. DESCRIPTION:   PubChange is a commodity for AmigaDos 2.04.  It isn't a
  19.                public screen manager, but it is useful when used in
  20.                conjunction with one.  It is designed to make public
  21.                screens easier to use.  Whenever a new screen is brought to
  22.                the front, this screen is examined.  If it is a public
  23.                screen, it is made into the default automatically without
  24.                having to explicitly do it from within a public screen
  25.                manager.  If not, it is left alone.  Thus, the current
  26.                default public screen is always the one which you have most
  27.                recently brought to the front, and applications which use
  28.                the default public screen will appear there.  PubChange can
  29.                also bring the previous (instead of next) screen to the
  30.                front, or bring the workbench screen to the front.  In all
  31.                cases, they are made into the default public screen if
  32.                possible.
