- Help! I recently bought a UnixPC, which came with a complete set of
- OS disks, or so I thought. After investigating some problems I was
- having, and attempting to reinstall the OS from disk, I found out that
- while the foundation set was indeed 3.51, the development set (and
- text preparation and enhanced editors) were from some unspecified
- previous version. (Even though the disks are labeled as 3.51...)
- Needless to say, this causes untold grief, especially when trying to
- do something like, say, installing a device driver. :(
-
- Anyway, I am looking to beg, borrow, or buy a set of development kit
- disks for 3.51, to replace or copy over the bogus ones I have now. If
- you can help, PLEASE send me e-mail... my new little box is pining for
- a C compiler :) :)
-
- Thanks!
