- I have found a few discrepencies with the the sprint program. I noticed
- that the sprint would not work anymore after I had a seperate
- partition for /tmp and /usr/spool. It was using a linking command and
- sysv doesn't like linking between partitions. This is if you have
- seperated the /tmp from your /usr/spool/lp.
-
- Another problem I have found was that when I was using multible
- inittab gettys for login, wmgr would have a memory leak and I would
- have to zap wmgr every 5 days and restart it again. Once I have
- restarted it the print-screen would no longer work either. If
- I did a shutdown and startup again it would be ok.
-
- Thats what I have found. I fixed the sprint so it would work with
- the partition linking problem by using adb to change the /tmp
- file to a /usr/spool file so it was in the same partition.
- I fixed the wmgr problem by getting the THE STORE wmgr and that
- stopped the memory leak so I don't have to reset it anymore.
