  11. I need a curses-based screen forms builder library/toolkit,
  12. with this particular feature:

  14. scrolling fields - the display/input area of a field may be
  15.  less than its total width/#of_lines, so the forms library
  16.  will have to scroll fields left/right, and up/down as
  17.  needed.
