- One of the causes of the keyboard going in the shift state has to do with
- the keyboard controler chip. There are some revisions and the F revision
- should be fast enough to prefent the problem. The keyboard controler is
- responsible for switching the A-20 gate and on SX and faster machines with
- High memory enabled it just can't keep up with the speed. There are some
- ways to go around this problem (besides switching the controler chip). If
- you use himem.sys try different machine type with /machine:xxx switch. If
- you use Qemm try the IA switch (ignore A20) or the U8 (unusual 8042).
