- Let's see, to start, I'm using a 1542b + Texel 3024....I'll comment
- as I go.

- Currently running with Weendoes for DOS and Weendoes NT.
- BSD386 only supports the Adaptec SCSI adapter, last I heard.
-
- Everythings fine, except I get strange timeout/bus locks with NT. Anyone
- know anything about this? Loss of CurPos, and other neat errors? The
- disks work fine (Conner 3200F, Fujitsu 2614S)

- Hmm, sounds like DC drives to me, for the Texel.

-
- I went looking for a while, the best thing I found was the Texel.
- The NEC is 280ms, 300KB xfer, so the Texel is faster -- It was designed
- as a "NEC KILLER". -- Caution about the NEC make sure they have it.
- One really Slimy Arizona company with big ads in all the magazines sold
- me one, and then two months later cancelled my order, "Oh, we don't have
- the contract yet, we thought we were going to have it in Aug" -- And
- they told me they had it in stock.
-
- Similar experiences?
-
- Anyone have the same problems with NT? --Solutions? Drive and Controller
- are in default state, expcept for SCSI ID. --Mail me on the NT thang.
