  15. I am on a quest. Looking for anyones comments on which CR-ROM drive is the
  16. least troublesome as far as installation\compatability etc. I have an
  17. Adaptec
  18. 1542b on a 486 ISA system but also have a MAC IICX that I want to attach
  19. this
  20. CD-ROM drive. I have been leaning toward the NEC CDR-74 which appears
  21. quite
  22. fast (in relative terms) and can be used on both the MAC and PC systems.
  23. Any and all comments appreciated.
