  21. The LP105S (and possibly other Quantum drives) does not by default do a full
  22. low-level format when you send the SCSI format command.  To get the drive
  23. really formatted, you have to set one of the fields in one of the mode
  24. pages.  Not having the manual handy, that's all I can tell you for now.
