  13. I have a node in my cluster called DANTE which has up to today had
  14. a non-zero allocation class (ALLOCLASS=3). This node has a single
  15. RA81 disk attached (DUA0). All other cluster nodes have mounted
  16. this disk as $3$DUA0. Today I shut down this system and rebooted
  17. with ALLOCLASS set to zero. I then expected the disk to show up
  18. as DANTE$DUA0 on the other nodes; however, it is still $3$DUA0.
  19. Removing the node from the cluster appears not to have altered the
  20. other nodes' knowledge of what DANTE's ALLOCLASS used to be. I
  21. hesitate to mount the disk on the other nodes, lest something is
  22. up and they scribble all over the disk. Is it supposed to work like
  23. this? If so, I will have to reboot everything. Thanks,
