  24. The easiest way for a novice to change the size of the PAGE, 
  25. SWAP, and/or DUMP files is to use the DIGITAL-supplied procedure 
  26. SYS$UPDATE:SWAPFILES.COM. The command procedure will prompt you 
  27. for the sizes for new files.

  29. This procedure must be run from SYSTEM or some other 
  30. appropriately privileged account.
