  13.         The VAXstation was never tested at 19.2K, the UART chip was not
  14.     certified to function correctly at this speed.  I do not believe that
  15.     this is not your problem instead I believe you are seeing a known
  16.     hardware problem.  An ECO existed to fix this but I doubt you are going
  17.     to be able to find anyone who remembers how to do it.  This would
  18.     result in the keyboard being messed up, and the mouse to behave in a
  19.     strange fashion.  What happens is that the shifter logic for the DZ11
  20.     look alike code gets confused.  When this happens when you type it
  21.     appears to be 1 character behind you.
