- The VAXstation was never tested at 19.2K, the UART chip was not
- certified to function correctly at this speed. I do not believe that
- this is not your problem instead I believe you are seeing a known
- hardware problem. An ECO existed to fix this but I doubt you are going
- to be able to find anyone who remembers how to do it. This would
- result in the keyboard being messed up, and the mouse to behave in a
- strange fashion. What happens is that the shifter logic for the DZ11
- look alike code gets confused. When this happens when you type it
- appears to be 1 character behind you.
