- Hi,
-
- we have a problem with an X-terminal receiving two login windows
- when setup to connect to DECwindows/Motif. DECwindows/XUI (is that the right
- name ?) works fine. It seems like the problem is that the terminal requests
- a new login window when the X-server resets, and at the same time the host
- execs a new login process. This ends up with two login windows on the same
- X-server screen.
-
- Can anyone tell us what the difference between DECwindows/XUI and
- DECwindows/Motif is with respect to this, and what should the correct
- behaviour of the X-terminal be ?
-
- What will a DEC X-terminal do in the two above cases ?
-
- Thanks,
-
