- You must prevent the CD player from being configured as a normal disk.
- The comments in the first 50 lines of DECW$EXAMPLES:DECW$CDPLAYER.C
- tell you how to do that (on OpenVMS VAX) using the SYSGEN parameter
- SCSI_NOAUTO. You cannot have both GKA0 and DKA0 because both try to
- reference the same SCSI ID on the same SCSI bus.
