  16.   I am desperately in need of a program (with source) that will allow
  17. me to read VMS BACKUP save sets on a UNIX machine.  I've tried a few
  18. things I found lying around in various archives, but they are all
  19. approx. 5 years old and don't seem to work.
  20.  
  21.   The BACKUP save sets are binary images (e.g., filename.bck) which I
  22. would like to dump as binary files on a UNIX filesystem.
