  14. It's full of loopholes, and it's insane. It did however answer the original
  15. question as stated. But it was a _joke_ folks....

  17. I know of at least one commercial product that does precisely what the 
  18. requester wanted though: Adaptive Software in Seattle, Washington. I have
  19. a button from DECUS that lists their phone number as 1-800-828-4349.
  20. They allow you to control who can create/modify accounts, and even which
  21. fields they're allowed to modify. It does a bunch of other stuff as well.
  22. Seemed like it would be a good program for someone who wanted to delegate
  23. account management to the project manager level.
