  12.  One of my friends ran in the following problem.
  13.  There is a VT200 type terminal (actually a clone) and an EPSON FX1050
  14.  printer attached to it.
  15.  
  16.  A number of escape sequences for the printer contain NUL characters.
  17.  The terminal however (by definition) strips out these characters.

  19.  Does someone know a workaround for this problem ?
