  39. Boot from the OS/2 install disk.  Insert disk #1 when prompted.  Press
  40. escape when prompted.  When you are at the OS/2 command line, insert
  41. disk #2.  Stay at drive A: ;  don't change to another drive!  Type:
  42. [A:\] CHKDSK D: /F:3

  44. P.S.  There is an OS/2 Frequently Asked Questions List (FAQL) that
  45.       describes OS/2, OS/2 tricks, and OS/2 maintenance.  If you have
