- I just received a letter today from Borland.
-
- It was in response to the letter I sent them stating that I am only
- interested in an OS/2 version of Quattro Pro after they mailed me an
- offer for Quattro Pro for Windows.
-
- Anyways, I got a reply in only 2 weeks!
-
- To get to the point:
- They said they have not decided whether or not to make QP for OS/2.
- That Objectvision 2.0 for OS/2 is shipping.
-
- And here's the part that gets me: (quoted directly)
- "However we have announced the soon to be available Borland C++ for Win32
- built for OS/2."
-
- First off, I thought people here were denying Borland has announced BC++
- for OS/2?
-
- Secondly, does this mean BC++ for OS/2 will just give you Win32 code?
- Isn't Win32 the name of the API for NT?
-
- Thanks.
