- Then perhaps you should call Qedit and get the OS/2 version. In my opinion,
- an editor is not the place to settle for anything but your favorite.

- I use the Brief editor, recently acquired by Borland. They have a $99 special
- on the package containing both OS/2 and MSDOS versions. Note that the
- search-and-replace is broken in the early OS/2 releases (a patch is
- available). (The OS/2 release from Solutions Systems was ok, Borland did the
- damage.) Note also that Programmer's Shop does not make it clear that the
- OS/2 version is included (it is).

- Maybe you've been waiting for Emacs? You can get the real thing at
- ftp-os2.nmsu.edu. You will never need to learn another editor.
