  11. I had set up the emx port of gcc just a while ago.  I tested some of the test code and they compiled fine.

  13. next I tried to run the debugger by  typing 'gdb hello.exe' and after the openning message I get 'core dumpped' then SYS 1808:
  14. The process has stopped. the Software diagnostic code is 0005.
