  13. HI there!  I'm a fairly experienced C programmer and I'd like to learn
  14. about Windows programming using C--but with little or no $ investment.
  15. (Time, I've got, money--none.)

  17. I understand that there is a Library necessary to link with to run
  18. Windows applications, is a PD version of this library available?

  20. Or better yet, if there's a FAQ online somewhere that answers all of my
  21. questions, could someone be so kind as to give me the FTP location?
