  11. I recently installed Windows 3.1 and it can't seem to use my modem
  12. which is on COM4.  
  13.  
  14. The modem works fine if I use other programs (ie. GeoWorks and Telix 
  15. from DOS) -- but Windows Terminal can't use it, and neither can the 
  16. other programs if they're booted from Windows.

  18. What's the problem?
