  37. Since VI was the first text editor I learned to use, my
  38. view may not be objective. However, no editor equals VI
  39. as far as the ease of searches, smart replacement of complex
  40. strings, etc. While I'm trying to switch to W4W for
  41. general text processing, I miss those quick /, ?, '', 
  42. g/^...[A-D]/s//xx/gp, and g/^$/p. Could you do it
  43. quicker in a graphical environment, if at all? 
  44. That's why I still keep VI as a DOS icon in Windows.
