  18. This reminds me of something I've been wondering lately...

  20. I've been using ATM and Micrografix Designer for a few years, and after
  21. upgrading to Windows 3.1 have stopped using ATM because I've noticed that
  22. documents I create with TT fonts rather than ATM fonts print *much* faster.

  24. Designer has a neat feature which allows you to convert text into graphics
  25. so that you can manipulate them in all sorts of interesting ways.  This
  26. function never worked with the Windows 3.0 fonts (understandable as they
  27. are fixed fonts), but now it also doesn't work with TT fonts.

  29. Whenever I want to work with Designer, I need to turn ATM back on so that I
  30. can again have fun with my text images.

  32. Any way around this?
